Valorant, Riot Games’ popular FPS title, boasts a bi-monthly in-game store known as the Night Market, offering players a chance to snag discounted skins. This article provides insights into the upcoming Night Market, its schedule and how players can access it.
Dates & Schedule (2024)
The Episode 8 Act 3 Night Market is set to kick off on January 31, 2024, and will continue until February 20, 2024. Gamers will have a 25-day window to grab exclusive cosmetics at discounted rates. For reference, the previous Night Market during Episode 7 Act 3 went live at 8 PM ET / 1 AM BST / 5:30 AM IST / 2 AM CET.
Where to Get Valorant Night Market?
Locating the Night Market is a breeze – it appears in the top right-hand corner of Valorant’s opening screen, marked by a distinctive card logo. A simple click on this icon grants access to a trove of discounted items. By flipping the cards, players unveil the featured skin and its corresponding percentage discount. The card’s background color and shape in the bottom right corner indicate the skin tier, with further details available in Valorant’s skin guide.
What is the Valorant Night Market?
Valorant’s Night Market is a revolving in-game store that surfaces randomly once per Act, presenting six different gun skins at reduced prices. Notably, the skin selection is entirely randomized. Addressing criticisms from its debut in December 2020, Riot introduced Bad Luck Protection. If players lack all Premium Edition skins, they are guaranteed at least two in their pool. Moreover, the update prevents the occurrence of two skins for the same weapon, enhancing variety.
Can I Reroll My Skins?
Once a skin is rolled in the Night Market, altering it is not an option. Despite fan interest, Riot has yet to implement this feature. However, the recurring nature of the Night Market softens the blow of a subpar skin selection, considering it is no longer a one-time event.
