Season 23 of Hell’s Kitchen is scheduled to premiere on Thursday, September 26, from 8-9 PM ET/PT on Fox. New episodes will follow every week in the same time slot. Although the exact number of episodes has not been announced, it is expected to follow the typical pattern of 16 episodes, a format used since Season 14 in 2015.

Viewers can catch new episodes of Season 23 on Hulu the day after they air on Fox. Additionally, Hell’s Kitchen fans can stream all previous seasons on Hulu. Live channels like YouTube TV and Hulu Live also allow viewers to watch episodes as they air on Fox. However, Hulu remains the exclusive platform for streaming episodes the next day.

Hell’s Kitchen Season 23 What to Expect

The upcoming season will see a change in sous-chefs. James Avery, who was a sous-chef from Seasons 11 to 14, is returning. Michelle Tribble, the winner of Season 17, will also be taking on a sous-chef role. They are replacing Jason Santos and Christina Wilson, who served as sous-chefs in recent seasons. Marino Monferrato, who has been the maître d’ in previous seasons, will continue in his role.
